There are 3 data files for each instrument, as there are 2 gaps in data collection during the day. Data are for every second. For FSSP, the effective diameter should only be used if it it larger than 1um, and for CIP and PIP there is additional column, showing TAS, and data should only be used when TAS > 1m/s.
