Readme for filled WLEF air temperature files (filledtyyyy.txt)

Warning:  some badvals (-999) are found in 2003 and 2004!
All air temperatures are in degrees C

5		filled 30 m temperature

flag:
0 - Vaisala temperature at appropriate level
1 - Sonic anemometer temperature
2 - Vaisala temperature from 30m extrapolated using standard atmosphere
3 - Filled using linear interpolation (gaps of 1 or 2 hours only)
4 - Vaisala temperature from 122m extrapolated using standard atmosphere
6 - Vaisala temperature from 396m extrapolated using standard atmosphere
7 - Use filled temperature from Niall Hanan's data (1997-1999 only)
8 - Use Willow Creek temperature extrapolated using standard atmosphere
	(2000 and later only)
